Back to the Lake District for another wild camp and what an awesome place it is. So many places to visit, so much to see, so many mountains to climb.
After spending a while taking in the views on Rakerigg we set off up and over Side Pike heading for Lingmoor Tarn. It was a bit tough going in places but my human coped pretty well. We got there in time to explore the area around the tarn before it got dark too, which makes a change.
It started raining overnight and continued all through the morning. As you would expect when it came time to set off back to the car the rain got even heavier and we were both soaked to the bone by the time we reached it. All good fun though eh?
