Another one of those hikes to see if we could find a suitable place for a local wild camp, though it needs to be far enough away from home to feel as though we are "somewhere" other than home. If you know what I mean. Crow Hill is on the moors above Stanbury in the direction of Boulsworth Hill and you can actually see Lad Law from Crow Hill.
We didn't really find anywhere that appealed for a wild camp but the weather was good, we had a nice walk through Stanbury village and the surrounding moorland and I posed for a really nice photograph next to the Lad stone.
